If you are looking for a restaurant in and around Waakad or Pimple Saudagar, which serves you some well crafted and delicious food, then Qabil-e-tareef is definitely your place to be!

The food complements the overall plushness of the hotel.
The entire course started off with a Palak & Carrot Shorba. This was basically a soup which was creamy & luscious both. With the generous amount of vegetables added to it, this tasted refreshing and served as a perfect start to our meal.

Paneer Shabnam- These perfectly grilled cottage cheese cubes were stuffed with shredded potatoes and cheese & had an Aghani style marination and tasted delicious! A dish fit-for-the-gods!

Chicken Makrana- More like Chicken tandoori drumsticks, these tasted ambrosial. Also the best seller at Qabil-e-tareef, these were cooked in a yoghurt, red chillies and a black pepper based marinade. Skewered and cooked to perfection! 😀

Reshmi Kebab: Tender and boneless chicken cubes tossed in fresh cream made inhouse & marinated in juicy mixture of curd, cashew nuts and spices and then grilled in oven. This was lip-smackingly delicious!

Murg Biryani Dilliwali- Basmati rice tossed in a thick gravy of chicken cooked in a mixture of North-indian spices and prepared in a dum.
Each bite had a perfect balance between every ingredient.

Dal Makhani & Gosht Nawabi- These were served as our main course. Both had the the perfect texture and consistency. Warm and mildly spiced, these tasted brilliant with the butter rotis served alongside.

Also, the refreshing mocktails at Qabil-e-tareef are worth trying and our favorite was the Mango bloom! It was a perfect mix of mango juice, fresh cream & almond syrup.

All in all Qabil-e-tareef is a hidden gem in Pune. Drive down to Pimple Saudagar to experience delicious culinary delights. With great service, lip-smacking food and an ambiance which reflects both the modern and traditional elements, this place deserves a complete 10 on 10 from Team Mumbai Food Junkie 😀
